The sooner you do this the better the free S.E.O. sites take 10 to 12 weeks to really get you noticed.
First- create a E-mail account just for the porpose i.e. locationary.username@mymail.com
(do this so you won't get bombarded with e-mails you don't want in your regular account).
I use yahoo because its quick and easy for me and I have been using it for many years.
Second - create a blog.
I use http://www.blogger.com/home because I was using it before locationary and have a little familuaruty with it, but any blog will do.
Third- goto your user link mine is http://www.locationary.com/users/spiderloco. just change spiderloco to you user name.
copy your top places here is what mine looks like, yours will be simular if you have added enough info to some of your profile pages
